TruTeam, a leader in energy-efficient insulation and building materials, seeks a Sales Consultant to drive residential and light commercial sales. You will identify prospects, present proposals, and build trusted customer relationships while meeting monthly targets.

The role requires 3+ years in building-products sales, a valid driver’s license if driving, and a flexible, motivated approach to new business development. Local travel is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsabilidades

• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers, recommending materials and services based on customers’ needs.
• Understand the market you serve, monitor market conditions and competitors’ products and prices.
• Meet monthly sales targets.
• Communicate safety programs to customers at sale inception by inspecting job sites for safety concerns.
• Manage customer experience from initial sale to project completion.
• Other duties as assigned.
