Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Division 10/12 Project Manager to lead and coordinate specialty bathroom partitions, grab rails, and roller shade blinds projects from initiation to completion.

You will analyze blueprints, prepare submittals, manage budgets with the estimating team, coordinate with suppliers, and supervise staff to ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and safety on-site in the Tennessee market.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in the trade.
• Strong work ethic with ability to multitask and focus.
• Detail oriented with an accounting mindset – “Know your costs”.
• Excellent organizational skills – sequences and order.
• Computer and technology savvy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage planning, coordination, and execution of Division 10/12 projects.
• Analyze blueprints and specifications related to Division 10/12 specialties.
• Facilitate preparation and submission of submittals for specialty products.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and estimating team to establish budgets.
• Monitor expenses and costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Coordinate staffing and resource allocation with superintendents.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Engage with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams to optimize timelines.
• Provide project updates and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Foster positive customer relationships and professional presentations.
• Support and perform other duties as assigned.
