Job summary

BrandSafway is seeking a Director of Sales, Commercial to lead West regional growth in commercial construction. You will report to the SVP of the West, supervise six Area Sales Managers, and shape the growth strategy, target markets, and major accounts across the Western United States.

You will own pipeline health and forecast accuracy, align with operations to protect margins, and coach leaders to build a high-performing sales organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial construction sales or business development
• 5+ years leading sales managers or multi-market teams
• Established relationships with general contractors, developers, or owners
• Track record of building/growing revenue and margins
• Experience leading through change and building sales processes
• Strong presentation and influencing skills
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM competency

Responsibilities

• Develop and own West commercial growth strategy and market coverage.
• Identify target markets, customers, and project types to win more work.
• Own pipeline health and forecast accuracy for the region.
• Partner with pricing and operations to protect margins and win profitable work.
• Lead and coach six Area Sales Managers to meet targets.
• Build sales leaders ready for bigger roles and expand coverage in priority markets.
• Set consistent sales cadence and ensure onboarding for new hires.
