Bergelectric Corp. is seeking a Safety Manager to lead the Work Safe. Live Safe. program across multiple sites in the region. The role requires frequent travel to job sites and direct involvement with construction safety teams.

Responsibilities include audits, safety planning, incident response, and ensuring OSHA and company policies are followed. The position focuses on maintaining a strong safety culture and delivering training and updates to supervisors and workers.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in safety and/or construction, electrical construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules, regulation compliance and safety program execution.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safety leadership and technical assistance to operations teams and report on safety performance.
• Participate in safe planning of work and advise on safety requirements.
• Perform audits and inspections of job sites to identify hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
• Respond to safety incidents and manage documentation and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with site personnel and client safety staff to address issues and improvements.
