Bergelectric is seeking a Safety Manager to lead our Work Safe. Live Safe. program across multiple regional sites. You will drive safety performance, support project teams, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires travel to construction sites and offices, delivering training and coaching to supervisors and crews. A CSP or equivalent, OSHA, and EM-385 familiarity are highly valued, with a comprehensive benefits package offered.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in safety and/or in the construction industry (electrical construction preferred).
• Certified Safety Professional or equivalent credentials preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of fall protection, silica, confined space, forklift, and other safety topics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage priorities and train staff.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safety leadership and technical assistance to operations teams and report on safety performance.
• Advise on safe work planning and attend safety and project startup meetings.
• Prepare and review site safety plans, risk assessments, permits, and MOPs.
• Perform site audits and inspections to identify hazards and ensure safe working conditions.
• Respond to incidents and maintain safety documentation and logs.
