Bergelectric is seeking a Safety Manager to lead safety initiatives across multiple sites within the region. The role involves daily site inspections, safety program execution, and coordination with operations to ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies.

Frequent travel to job sites is expected. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of safety experience in construction, relevant certifications, and strong communication skills to train and influence teams.

Formación

• 5–10 years of safety experience in construction, or similar.
• Certified Safety Professional, CHST, OSHA 30/ Trainer, EM-385 or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fall protection, silica, confined space, LOTO, scaffolding, and general construction safety.

Responsabilidades

• Provide safety leadership and support to operations teams and report on safety performance.
• Advise on safe planning and review site safety plans, risk assessments, permits, and MOPs.
• Conduct audits/inspections, identify hazards, and ensure safe working conditions.
• Respond to incidents and ensure appropriate corrective actions and documentation.
