Qualifications

• 3-5 years as a construction safety professional.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
• STSC certification.
• OSHA 510 certification held.
• Able to read and interpret regulations.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Spanish language skills preferred.
• Hands-on safety leadership approach.

Responsibilities

• Leads development, implementation, and evaluation of Safety Programs at the project level.
• Ensure staff safety training is completed and documented.
• Maintain PPE inventory and distribution.
• Oversee OSHA and client/project safety compliance with field teams.
• Lead job hazard assessments and generate improvement recommendations.
• Conduct detailed investigations of hazards and accidents with root-cause analysis.
• Manage return-to-work processes and safety-related site inspections.
• Collaborate with owners, managers, supervisors, and subcontractors on safety matters.
