Pillari Bros. Construction Corp. is seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager to lead our site safety program.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and foster a strong safety culture on our project sites. You will develop site-specific safety policies, conduct inspections, and lead incident investigations. The role requires strong communication with regulatory agencies, clients, and project teams, plus hands-on safety training and coordination across

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of safety management experience in construction, industrial, or heavy civil environments.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations (29 CFR 1926 and/or 29 CFR 1910) and related safety standards.
• Experience managing safety programs across concurrent work activities and subcontractors on a single site.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety policy and procedures in accordance with OSHA and company standards.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections and audits; identify hazards and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and development of corrective and preventive action plans.
• Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training to site personnel, subcontractors, and visitors.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate safety records, incident logs, inspection reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, clients, and project management on safety matters.
• Manage trenching and excavation safety, and other high-hazard work activities.
• Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to integrate safety requirements into project planning and execution.
