Qualifications

• Industry knowledge in construction management, engineering, or related business fields.
• Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in construction technology or equipment sectors.
• Technical aptitude with construction layout, surveying tools, and related software.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse clients.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Travel willingness to meet clients and demonstrate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients using cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Deliver engaging presentations tailored to client needs and pain points.
• CRM management: track opportunities, leads, and interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Day-to-day outreach to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Provide customer training on product usage and value.
• Prepare and present price quotations and service agreements.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure customer success.
