Job summary

RPG Squarefoot Solutions in the Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Mid-Atlantic Technical Sales Rep for construction technology solutions. You will build and own the pipeline across the territory, engaging GCs, contractors, and AEC decision-makers.

You will lead discovery, demos, and ROI-driven conversations, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Travel 30-50% within Northern VA/DC/MD is expected as you promote HP SitePrint and other robotics tech.

Qualifications

• Proven success in quota-carrying B2B sales.
• Construction tech, automation, or capital equipment experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the region.
