Job summary

Civ Robotics is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our San Francisco-based Sales team as a technical leader across the customer lifecycle. You will drive pre-sales demos, discovery, deployments, training, adoption, and expansion support, partnering with Sales, CS, Operations and Engineering.

This in-office role in San Francisco requires regular travel to customer job sites and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Sales Engineer / Solutions Engineer / Field Engineer / Technical Account / Robotics Field Ops role.
• Hands‑on experience with hardware + software systems (robotics, IoT, industrial automation, construction tech).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate technical details into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery to understand customer workflows and success criteria.
• Run demos (office + on-site) and communicate value in a customer-specific way.
• Support deployments, onboarding, and training; troubleshoot hardware/software integration.
