Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high‑impact commercial projects, develop baselines, monitor progress, and report trends to senior leadership. You will use Primavera P6 to support accurate forecasts and resource loading across teams.

This role requires 4+ years of scheduling experience, strong collaboration with owners and subcontractors, and willingness to travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• 4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Ability to develop and maintain baselines and schedules.
• Strong collaboration with owners, subs and project teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and scheduling on multiple commercial projects.
• Prepare usable baseline schedules from drawings and specs.
• Monitor schedules and guide operations teams as needed.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors and partners for updates.
• Support conceptual bid schedules and present to committees if required.
• Analyze project trends and report findings with analytics.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution phase.
• Communicate schedule changes and impacts clearly.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per best practices.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Develop and deliver scheduling training for Clark University.
• Suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
• Handle special projects and other duties as necessary.
