Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling efforts across multiple high-impact construction projects. The role will also contribute to corporate initiatives, including training development, data analytics, trend reporting, and more.

You will analyze drawings and specs to prepare baseline schedules, monitor progress, and communicate schedule impacts. Travel to project sites is required, along with delivering project controls training and supporting

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management or related discipline preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high-impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare baseline schedules for construction.
• Monitor schedules developed by Operations staff and provide guidance as needed.
• Interact with the Operations team and represent Clark and its partners to owners, subcontractors, and representatives.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules and present to selection committees if required.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends and prepare Time Impact Analyses.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution of the project.
• Analyze and communicate the impact of changes to the schedule.
• Travel to project sites and deliver specialized Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls training.
• Contribute to department policies and procedures and assist with special projects.
