Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact construction projects. You will analyze drawings and specs to prepare usable baselines and monitor schedules across teams, guiding operations and coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

Experience with Primavera P6, a relevant engineering or construction degree, and a proactive, relationship-driven approach are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Skilled at building relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.
• High initiative, responsibility and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6).
• Aligns with Clark Standards of Excellence: self-motivated, team player, accountable, adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scope for baseline schedules.
• Monitor and guide schedules prepared by Operations staff.
• Represent Clark with owners, subcontractors and representatives.
• Support conceptual bid and proposal scheduling for executive review.
• Use analytics to identify project trends and report findings.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual progress against planned milestones.
• Communicate impacts of schedule changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standard practices.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Develop and deliver scheduling training for Clark Corporate University.
• Propose improvements to departmental policies and procedures.
• Handle special projects as required.
