Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high impact projects. You will analyze drawings, develop baseline schedules, and monitor progress across sites with Operations teams.

Responsibilities include preparing Time Impact Analyses, presenting to management, and traveling to project sites. Strong Primavera P6 skills, 3+ years in commercial construction, and an undergraduate degree are required for this demanding role.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.
• High initiative, personal responsibility and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning & scheduling efforts on multiple high impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work for usable baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and guide Operations staff.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and partners in a professional manner.
• Develop conceptual bid/ proposal schedules with executive management.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status vs. proposed plan.
• Communicate impact of schedule changes; prepare Time Impact Analyses.
• Travel to project sites and deliver training for Clark Corporate University.
• Contribute to policy improvements and special projects as needed.
