Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling for multiple high-impact construction projects. You will prepare baseline schedules, monitor progress, and report trends, working closely with owners, subcontractors, and the project team.

You will also contribute to corporate initiatives, including training development and delivery, data analytics, and development of Time Impact Analyses to support project decisions. Travel to sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
• High initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and statements of work to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor and guide project schedules updated by Operations staff.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and representatives in a professional manner.
• Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per best practices.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Deliver Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University.
