Clark Construction Group is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to lead scheduling on multiple high-impact commercial projects. You will analyze drawings and specifications to prepare baseline schedules and monitor updates with operations teams, ensuring alignment with Clark standards and client expectations.

You will interact with owners, subcontractors, and project teams, develop bid schedules, and identify project trends through analytics.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented and can manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment with minimal guidance.
• Skilled at developing and maintaining relationships with owners, subcontractors, senior leaders and project teams.
• High degree of initiative, personal responsibility, and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6) software.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning and scheduling efforts on multiple high impact commercial construction projects.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and statements of work to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor multiple project schedules and provide guidance to Operations staff.
• Interact with Owners, subcontractors and representatives to represent Clark positively.
• Support development of conceptual bid and proposal schedules for executive review.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for project execution.
• Evaluate actual construction status relative to plan and communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per best practices.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Develop and deliver Scheduling and Project Controls training for Clark Corporate University.
• Review and improve departmental policies and procedures.
• Handle special projects and other duties as necessary.
