Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high impact commercial construction projects. The role will also contribute to corporate initiatives including training development, data analytics, trend reporting, and cost/manpower load analyses.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of scheduling experience in commercial construction, with advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related field preferred.
• 4+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven ability to analyze drawings, specs and SBOW to produce baselines.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and scheduling on multiple high impact projects.
• Monitor and update project schedules with Operations; provide guidance.
• Develop concept bids and schedules for executive review as needed.
• Create Time Impact Analyses per standard practices.
• Travel to project sites to assess progress and gather data.
• Deliver Planning and Scheduling training for Clark Corporate University.
