The Project Scheduler at Clark Construction Group will lead planning and scheduling across multiple high-impact projects, while contributing to corporate initiatives in data analytics, training, and reporting.

You will analyze drawings, prepare baseline schedules, monitor progress on-site, and collaborate with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. A strong background in commercial construction scheduling and Primavera P6 is required, with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related preferred.
• 3+ years scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proven success implementing strategic initiatives.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, and project teams.
• High initiative, personal responsibility and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera (P6).
• Aligns with Clark Standards of Excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead planning & scheduling on multiple high-impact projects.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to prepare baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and guide Operations staff accordingly.
• Interact with owners, subcontractors, and partners professionally.
• Support development of conceptual bid schedules and present to committees.
• Use analytics to identify project trends and report findings.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution phases.
• Evaluate actual progress against proposed plan and communicate impacts.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standard practices.
• Travel to project sites as needed.
• Develop and deliver planning/scheduling training for Clark Corporate University.
• Suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
• Handle special projects and departmental duties.
