Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact commercial construction projects, while contributing to corporate initiatives such as training development, data analytics, trend identification, and reporting.

The role requires a degree in Engineering/Construction Management or related field and 4+ years of scheduling on commercial projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and strong stakeholder relations are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a related discipline preferred.
• 4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Experience implementing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Understand and implement Planning & Scheduling Best Practices.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and SOW for baseline schedules.
• Monitor project schedules and provide guidance.
• Interact with Operations, owners, subcontractors, and representatives.
• Develop conceptual bid and proposal schedules with executive management.
• Utilize analytics to identify and report project trends.
• Cost and manpower load schedules for execution.
• Evaluate actual status vs plan; communicate impacts of changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per standard practices.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop and deliver Planning, Scheduling, and other Project Controls training.
• Recommend improvements to departmental policies and procedures.
• Be responsible for special projects and other duties.
