Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Scheduler to lead planning and scheduling on multiple high-impact commercial construction projects. You will analyze drawings, prepare baselines, monitor progress, and report trends while supporting corporate initiatives and training.

The role requires 4+ years of scheduling on commercial projects, a related undergraduate degree, and Primavera P6 proficiency. Travel to project sites is expected, with a base salary legally disclosed by the employer.

Qualificações

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years of scheduling experience on commercial construction projects.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 software.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsabilidades

• Understand and implement planning & scheduling best practices.
• Analyze drawings, specs, and SOW for baseline schedules.
• Monitor schedules and provide guidance to operations.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and partners.
• Develop conceptual bid/ proposal schedules with exec mgmt.
• Utilize analytics to identify/report project trends.
• Cost/manpower load schedules for execution phase.
• Evaluate actual vs proposed schedule status and changes.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses per established standards.
• Travel to project sites.
• Develop/train Clark Corporate University in planning and scheduling.
• Suggest improvements to policies and procedures.
