Job summary

Home Genius Exteriors is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the customer journey from post-sale through installation, coordinating with vendors and verifying precise window measurements to ensure accurate orders.

The role requires 1–3 years in construction management and window measurement, plus strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities; a valid driver’s license is required for travel between sites and company vehicle usage.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• 1-3 years of window measurement experience.
• Professionalism is VERY important.
• Self-motivation and discipline.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the customer experience and vendor relationship post-sale up to final installation.
• Inspect all aspects of the project to determine the scope of work.
• Conduct precise measurements at each job site to confirm window order.
• Communicate the agreement between company and customer; identify alternative actions and negotiate terms.
• Analyze licensing and permitting requirements to obtain permits and ensure compliance.
• Follow safety and health regulations and standards.
• Handle administrative tasks and assist in staging products for delivery.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive between sites as needed.
