Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee new store, expansion, and remodel projects from pre-construction through warranty. You will manage schedules, budgets, plans review, and sign-offs to ensure on-time store openings.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. The role requires travel up to 80% Monday through Thursday with a remote office day on Friday, collaborating with Food Lion contracted projects and internal teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee bidding and awarding processes with GC's, CM's, subcontractors and suppliers for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Manage bid documents, RFQ packages and ensure timely, accurate submissions.
• Handle contracts, purchase orders, requisitions and invoices for Food Lion-contracted work.
• Administer Change Authorization/Change Order processes and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments on schedules, phasing, handoffs and changes.
• Oversee construction activities to meet prototype standards and lease requirements.
