Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding and award processes for GC's, CM's, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare contracts, purchase orders, processing, and payment of requisitions and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal departments on schedules, phase plans, and handoffs.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to prototype standards.
• Lead weekly project meetings and manage changes, budgets and closeout activities.
