Job summary

Spacesaver Intermountain, LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead the San Diego office and oversee multiple projects and service requests from order acceptance through closeout. You will partner with sales, project management, design, and accounting to ensure alignment with internal processes and a positive customer experience.

The role requires self-motivation, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares quotes and processes orders; assists in establishing service fees and discounts.
• Maximizes revenue and gross profit margin for all transactions.
• Maintains accurate records including sign-offs, approvals, and key decision records.
• Coordinates and schedules order placement, delivery, and installation.
• Communicates with customers about order status, punch list, and delivery/installation dates.
• Secures and negotiates freight and installation quotations by project.
• Creates work orders and coordinates with installation team for final delivery.
• Records site measurements accurately for interpretation by others.
• Manages project installation schedule and communicates milestones to stakeholders.
• Manages pre-install site visits and reviews site access requirements.
• Interacts with contractors and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Manages submittals to factory and schedules punch list items.
• Ensures invoicing is timely and accurate upon project completion.
