Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking an Installation Project Manager to oversee client-driven installation projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate field supervision, schedules, resources, and communication to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.

In this role you will visit job sites, review orders, resolve issues, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to optimize project outcomes. We value safety, cost control, and strong vendor relationships.

• Experience managing installation projects and coordinating field teams.

Responsibilities

• Plans installation projects, establishing priorities and sequences for installed products.
• Visits job sites before, during, and after installations to ensure quality standards and on-time completion.
• Confers with client to ensure satisfaction and communicates recommendations to supervisor/manager.
• Reviews installation orders or schedules to verify resources needed to complete on time.
• Reviews reports and resolves problems to minimize costs and prevent delays.
• Develops or revises standard practices and monitors adherence to standards.
• Compiles, stores, and retrieves production data.
• Other duties as assigned.
