Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking a Project & Schedule Manager to oversee installed product categories from quote development through project closeout. You will coordinate scheduling, resource planning, installation readiness, and execution while serving as the primary contact for builders and customers.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Installation, and Customer teams to ensure on-time, in-scope project delivery aligned with quality standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, construction coordination, scheduling, operations management, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager and operational contact for assigned builders and customers.
• Manage projects through all phases, including planning, scheduling, execution, installation, and closeout.
• Monitor project timelines and proactively address schedule impacts, resource constraints, and potential risks.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum and customer satisfaction.
• Manage change orders, scope modifications, and project adjustments while ensuring appropriate documentation and accountability.
