Job summary

AirTech HVAC is seeking an organized Office Project Manager to keep installation projects on track from Sold to completion in the San Gabriel Valley area. You will coordinate between customers, installers, sales, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely execution.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project management and customer service, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple moving parts in projects.
• Strong communication across customers, installers, and internal teams.
• Ability to stay organized with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm installation appointments.
• Coordinate communication between customers, installers, sales, vendors, and internal teams.
• Manage calendars and keep project milestones visible to stakeholders.
• Order equipment and coordinate services for installations.
• Prepare invoices, permits, and job documentation for each project.
• Collect installation payments and ensure timely cash collection.
• Resolve scheduling issues to keep projects on track.
• Provide backup support to the Call Center and handle overflow calls.
