Job summary

Spacesaver Intermountain is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the project management team from order acceptance to closeout. You will oversee vendor management, installation, invoicing, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include preparing quotes, processing orders, maintaining records, coordinating schedules, and collaborating with sales, design, and accounting to keep projects in sync.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, and/or data entry.
• Experience in specialty storage, furniture or construction industry preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Aptitude for technology and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotes and process orders, establishing service fees and discounts for customers.
• Maximize revenue and gross profit margin for all transactions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including customer sign-offs, approvals, and key decisions.
• Coordinate and manage order entry, order management, and invoicing.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status and delivery scheduling.
