Job summary

Kastle Systems is seeking a Project Manager for its Northern California installation team. You will coordinate projects, work orders, and change orders to ensure accurate, on-time service delivery and high client satisfaction.

The role involves interfacing with clients to understand needs, educating them on Kastle solutions, and serving as the single point of contact during installations and system activations. Occasional travel and site presence required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 3+ years’ experience managing multiple projects.
• Experience on construction sites and coordinating with General Contractors.
• Understanding of IT networks for video camera installations.
• Knowledge of project management processes and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between Kastle departments and clients.
• Lead contract review, proposals, and amendments.
• Coordinate security system installations and services.
• Attend construction meetings and prepare drawings as required.
• Generate schedules and progress reports.
• Ensure timely permit submission and inspections.
• Communicate issues and drive timely resolutions.
• Train clients on Kastle specifications and rules.
