Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Project Manager to oversee nationwide installation projects for Compactor and Baler equipment. You will coordinate timelines, resources, and communications across Sales, Service, Logistics, subcontractors, and customers to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects across regions using Salesforce and internal systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years in project coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with CRM/PM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage installation projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop and coordinate project timelines with Sales, Logistics, technicians, subcontractors, and customers.
• Coordinate requirements, site readiness, delivery, scheduling, and resources.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts or risks.
• Communicate updates to stakeholders and manage scope changes.
• Ensure activities comply with policies, safety, and customer expectations.
• Maintain project records and required deliverables.
• Support handoff between Sales, Service, and Logistics.
• Provide project status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
