Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc in Sterling, VA is seeking a Project Executive to lead the strategic and day-to-day operations for construction, project management, and project administration. You will ensure budgets, timelines, and profitability for assigned projects while upholding Rosendin’s standards.

The role emphasizes client management, safety, quality, and strong leadership of project teams. Travel 10-25% and a Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field are required; PE license

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
• PE license a plus
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, preferably in electrical construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight for client management, procedural issues, financial and reporting issues; workforce planning and analysis.
• Manage project management staff and promote positive customer relations.
• Lead project start-up meetings and manage subcontractor/vendor relationships.
• Conduct monthly project reviews to ensure schedules, quality, safety, administration and profitability.
• Support PMs and Superintendents in issue resolution and change orders.
