Job summary

MasTec Civil is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead heavy civil highway and bridge projects across Central Florida. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The role requires robust leadership, strong cost control, and the ability to guide a multidisciplinary team through complex projects. A PMP and 5+ years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum five years' experience in the heavy construction industry. Must have bridge, roadwork, and DOT experience.
• PMP Certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule the project to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with Owner/Engineer and internal teams.
• Supervise Project Engineer and coordinate outside specialists.
• Review invoices, cost reports, and subcontractor payments.
