Job summary

MasTec Civil is seeking a Construction Project Manager for heavy civil highway/bridge projects in Central Florida. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination across internal teams and subcontractors to deliver on schedule and within scope.

The role requires leading multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies. Experience in DOT/bridge projects is preferred; MasTec values reliability and hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• Minimum five years' experience in the heavy construction industry with bridge/roadwork/DOT experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee project activities to ensure work is performed to specifications, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with Owner/Engineer meetings and manage document submittals in a timely manner.
• Lead multi-discipline teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain project documentation, safety, and quality controls.
