Job summary

MasTec Civil in Florida is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for heavy civil highway and bridge projects in the Central Florida area. The role oversees construction to ensure adherence to specifications, schedule, and budget, and requires leadership of the project team and coordination with internal departments.

Responsibilities include planning, cost control, subcontractor management, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; PMP preferred.
• Experience in heavy civil highway/bridge projects.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplined teams and coordinate subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule project work; manage site plans, permits, utilities, and access.
• Coordinate with owners/engineers; conduct pre-activity meetings.
• Staffing coordination with HR; supervise engineers and staff.
• Review invoices, cost reports, and budgets; manage change orders.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality control on site.
