Job summary

40 Harris Las Vegas, LLC is offering a Summer 2027 Project Manager Intern role. The position provides hands-on experience across estimating, permits, safety, submittals, procurement, tracking, and closeout for diverse construction projects.

We seek a current student in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field with strong math, document literacy, and teamwork skills. The internship includes competitive pay and benefits within a national contracting environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong math and analytical skills with ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on exposure to all aspects of a project from start to finish.
• Assist in estimating job contracts and processing permits and insurance certificates.
• Support safety programs, submittals, and material/equipment tracking.
• Contribute to field personal tracking, productivity tracking, and change order submittals.
• Participate in project closeout and creation of O&M manuals and as-record drawings.
