Qualifications

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in construction and project management.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Demonstrated proficiency in math and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Job activities: estimating, job setup, contracts, permits and insurance certificates.
• During construction: safety, purchasing, submittals, tracking materials and equipment, productivity tracking, change orders, RFIs.
• Job closeout: preparing OM manuals, as-recording drawings and warranties.
