Job summary

Trane Technologies invites motivated students to join as Construction Project Manager Intern, gaining hands-on experience across North America. You will work with engineers to plan projects, manage budgets, and assist with subcontractor coordination while developing leadership and communication skills.

Active enrollment in a related bachelor's or master's program is required, with preference for Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC or Engineering majors.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the summer internship.
• Preferred majors include Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Multiple opportunities; some roles may be remote, hybrid, or onsite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate assigned projects, establish schedules and parameters.
• Assist in CPM analysis, task planning, dependencies, milestones and cost forecasting.
• Support budgeting and cost-to-complete monitoring for projects.
• Coordinate RFQs, subcontractors, and contracts with vendors.
• Communicate with contractors, owners and team on scope and progress.
