Job summary

Trane Technologies is offering a summer internship in Construction Project Management across North America. You will participate in a 12-week program designed to develop technical, business, leadership, and communication skills while working with a Project Manager to support project execution.

Ideal candidates are actively enrolled in construction-related degrees, with a sophomore year completed before start and eligibility to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree for the full duration of the summer internship.
• Sophomore year completion before start of internship to be eligible.
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Some positions may be remote while others may be hybrid or onsite across North America.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate assigned projects, establish schedules and parameters, set procedures to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering to support programming and material selection.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining an operations budget for projects with revised estimates.
• Prepare for subcontractor RFQs including scope, milestones, specs, and billing schedules.
• Support subcontractor and staff supervision and project close-out communications.
