Trane Technologies invites you to join our 12-week Summer Internship in Technical Sales across North America. You will work with industry-leading Sales Account Managers and gain hands-on exposure to design, application and sale of HVAC systems, building automation, and services.

You must be actively enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program and be eligible to work in the U.S. This internship may be remote or hybrid, with opportunities to learn, lead, and potentially enter our Graduate

• This internship targets students pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Eligible candidates must be U.S. citizens or have work authorization.
• Some roles may be remote while others are hybrid or on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and customers.
• Understand design, application, and sale of HVAC systems and building controls.
• Attend sales meetings and site visits with mentors.
• Support engineers through internship tasks and project steps.
