Power Home Remodeling Production Manager will serve as the primary face of the company to customers and vendors, overseeing the customer experience post-sale through final installation. The role includes evaluating job sites to verify the original home remodeling agreement and ensuring all aspects align with safety, regulatory, and financial standards.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• Polished, professional demeanor and high level customer service.
• Strong professionalism, self motivation and discipline.
• Ambitious, competitive nature with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to scale with department growth and management potential.

Responsibilities

• Interpreting and implementing management policies and operating practices.
• Inspecting site/project to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at each site to avoid costly mistakes.
• Confirm and adjust work plan terms with customers, without supervisor approval.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials and specs.
• Analyze licensing, HOA rules, and permits; negotiate compliance with agencies.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete administrative tasks and assist in warehouse as needed.
• Must have a valid driver's license and travel between sites.
