Power Home Remodeling seeks a Production Manager to lead the customer experience and manage post-sale operations through installation. You will assess job sites, coordinate materials, and oversee vendor relationships and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The role emphasizes professional client interaction, accurate site measurements, and proactive problem resolution to protect project outcomes and company interests.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Construction Management experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and operating practices.
• Inspect and evaluate all aspects of the proposed site/project to determine scope of work and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and possible changes to scope.
• Create precise measurements at each job site to avoid problems with custom-ordered product.
• Confirm the terms of the plan with the customer and negotiate changes as needed.
• Select and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Analyze licensing, HOA, and permitting requirements and coordinate compliance.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Complete office tasks and assist in warehouse as needed, with a valid driver’s license.
