Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the customer experience and vendor relations from post-sale through final installation. The role includes assessing job sites, ensuring compliance, and managing materials and permits to align with the original remodeling agreement.

The position emphasizes professional demeanor, strong communication, and the ability to drive customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of construction management experience.
• Polished and professional demeanor; high level customer service.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and implement management policies and practices.
• Inspect and evaluate project site to determine scope and viability.
• Advise customers on financing and scope changes.
• Create precise measurements at job sites to prevent issues with materials.
• Confirm that the agreement defines work plan and negotiates changes with customers.
• Source and manage procurement of all materials for the job.
• Ensure licensing, permitting, HOA compliance and other regulations.
• Ensure safety and health regulatory compliance.
• Perform administrative tasks and assist in warehouse as needed.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel between sites.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
