Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Project Manager I to lead construction initiatives from planning through completion. You will manage field activities, safety, and quality while coordinating with superintendents, design teams, and clients to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Responsibilities include submittal control, RFIs, procurement, and financial oversight, with focus on risk mitigation and team leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and materials.
• Knowledge of estimating, construction methods, and safety procedures.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee field management, safety, and quality across projects.
• Maintain submittal control, RFIs, and meeting minutes.
