Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, cost control, and on-time delivery. The role requires coordinating multiple managers, driving schedules, and ensuring successful project outcomes across teams.

You will oversee field management, procurement, risk assessment, and client relations while maintaining high standards of execution and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, complex construction projects with multiple managers.
• Strong grasp of safety, quality, and risk controls on site.
• Ability to manage budgets, cost reports, and cash flow across projects.
• Advanced scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and procurement coordination.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Field Management, Safety, and Quality: monitor progress, enforce safety policies, coordinate quality inspections and risk mitigation.
• Document Control: manage submittals, RFIs, drawings, and approvals to support schedule.
• Scheduling: plan and direct project timelines, conduct site meetings, update schedules.
• Financial Management: control costs, prepare budgets, owner requisitions, invoicing, and payments.
• Procurement and Commitments: develop procurement strategy, issue bids, evaluate bids, and finalize subcontractor agreements.
• Project Lifecycle Management: monitor safety, scope, time and cost across the project lifecycle.
