Haskell is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large, complex projects and serve as the single point of contact for owners/clients. You will oversee design progress, cost control, bid packages, and schedule coordination across teams, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes field-to-office leadership, strong client relations, and the ability to drive project profitability while mentoring team members and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with 8+ years in construction management.
• Knowledge in the design and construction of Industrial Water/Wastewater facilities.
• Excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiastic approach.
• 50%+ travel required.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist project directors in responding to RFPs, including conceptual estimates, schedules, and proposal documents.
• Monitor progress of design documents and advise on constructability, costs, and scope changes.
• Prepare detailed estimates, cost codes, and cost control systems.
• Prepare bid packages, evaluate bids, and manage subcontractor awards.
• Plan, sequence, and schedule projects with input from superintendent and subs.
• Manage project costs, labor cost reports, and status summaries.
• Coordinate permits, inspections, and approvals with authorities.
