Job summary

Haskell is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee construction projects from assignment through completion on client sites in Texas. You will coordinate field operations, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure safety and quality are met in accordance with contract requirements.

Responsibilities include submitting RFIs, tracking costs, and leading a project team with a focus on timely delivery and value to the client. Bachelor's degree in engineering or CM preferred; travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules and resources.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and quality controls.
• Strong organizational, supervisory, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel per project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage field progress, safety, and quality with subcontractors.
• Maintain submittal control and RFI logs.
• Plan and schedule project activities with the superintendent.
• Control project costs, change orders, and invoicing.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor commitments.
• Support client relations and provide progress reports.
