Job summary

Haskell is seeking an experienced construction program manager to lead large, complex projects as the single owner contact. You will coordinate with owners, respond to proposals, manage design and cost controls, and ensure timely project delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management with 8+ years of construction management experience and a strong emphasis on safety, value engineering, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 8 years minimum in construction management.

Responsibilities

• Assists project directors in responding to RFPs including conceptual estimates, schedules, and proposal documents.
• Monitors progress of design documents; participates in design review meetings and provides input on constructability, scope and cost changes.
• Prepares detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems.
• Prepares bid packages, invitation to bid inquiries, analyzes bids, and awards subcontracts and major purchase orders.
• Manages project organization including superintendent and PCE requirements.
• Plans, sequences, and schedules the project with input from superintendent and subcontractors; manages the project schedule.
