Job summary

The Haskell Company seeks an experienced Project Manager I to lead construction projects from assignment through completion on a Texas-based site. You will manage field activities, safety, budgets, and client communications, coordinating with superintendents and subcontractors to meet schedule and quality goals.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management with at least three years of construction management experience, and are willing to travel per project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management, plus three years minimum in construction management
• Experience managing resources including budgets, schedules and materials
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and ability to travel per project requirements

Responsibilities

• Oversee field management, safety, and quality while enforcing policies
• Maintain submittal control, including RFIs and drawing updates
• Plan, sequence, and schedule project activities with supervision
• Control costs, budgets, invoices and owner requisitions
• Coordinate procurement, bids, subcontracts and change orders
• Lead design coordination and client communications
