Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree; Preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong oral, written and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to travel weekly and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage bidding processes with GC's, CM's and subcontractors for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Coordinate contracts, purchase orders, processing, and payment of requisitions and invoices.
• Oversee Change Authorization / Change Order processes and ensure timely payments.
• Develop and monitor construction schedules, phase plans, and milestones.
• Direct weekly project construction and operations meetings with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality in line with prototype standards.
